Job Description

As a designer (Graphic, Digital, Motion, Character), you will work closely with the app product and marketing team. Your primary goals will be to design the next generation of mobile websites, apps and other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and mobile web.

We expect you to have an evolved understanding of how people use their devices, the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, and a robust toolkit.

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the creative director and will be responsible for highly usable and intuitive interface creation. Any concept you create will be brand-consistent across all mobile experiences that our company provides to our end users.

 

  • Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.
  • Provide strategic thinking and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
  • Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.
  • Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the digital design field.

Key Qualifications

  • Must be working on a degree in a design field (preferably visual design, industrial design, UI/UX, graphic design etc)
  • Would prefer designer who has experience in creative industry more than 3 years.
  • Must be proficient in the Adobe creative suite of software and keynote (or Power Point)
  • Beneficial to have experience in photography, retouching, motion graphics, UI/UX and illustration
  • Proactive: Independently schedules design reviews and actively participates when relevant in internal meetings.
  • Flexibility: Eager and open to learning new software and trying new design techniques. Shows initiative to understand new processes.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Description

Marketing managers are responsible for planning, directing and coordinating marketing policies and programs for an organization or for a specific division within an organization. To identify marketing opportunities and new target markets by monitoring consumer trends, then work to gain or expand market share by working with research analysts and product developers to promote products and fulfill consumer demand.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and build strategy plans in order to grow PCS (Personal Communications Service: a system of digital wireless communications, used especially for mobile phones and often including additional features, as caller ID or paging) viewership across local markets
  • Define our company journey for the PCS – where do users watch, socialize and champion their PCS experiences
  • Balance a shoestring budget to empower our users to become our greatest advocates in the market
  • Establish and use KPIs to help us hand-craft marketing solutions that delight users
  • Own multiple regional social channels and websites and manage communities with a players-first mindset
  • Identify and assess existing trends, opportunities, formats, audiences, storytelling platforms and more, and determine when and how we will use them

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in brand marketing, publishing and content across a portfolio of games, sports and creative products and services
  • Hands-on and strategic experience in social media/digital/PR/communications
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Executive/ Product Assistant Manager with a strong technical background as well as excellent communications and some management skills. You are expected to work closely with our Project Director and CEO on our Mobile App and Web App Product developments as well as supporting our IT development plans, with autonomy in shaping our future product plans.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Product development and Project management with in-house employees and external vendors.
  • Function as the key point of contact for working, liaising and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage our vendors, testing and debugging of our digital products under development to ensure quality deliverables, following defined processes of working
  • Drive project discipline to document scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation and work closely with vendors and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation
  • Develop metrics and reporting for features
  • Handle rollout for our product in the Japanese market
  • Analyze data to optimize business and operational procedures
  • Advise CEO and project team on technology and innovation
  • Create a technological masterplan for innovative transformation
  • Structure and plan company IT development strategies
